After lsitening to the story, Miss Spider's ABC, children will visit the computer lab with their Big Buddy and complete the following activities:

• Visit www.starfall.com and pick 2 alphabet recognition games.
• Visit www.kidzone.ws/lw/spiders/facts.htm to research and identify the body parts of a spider, including the number of legs that a spider has.
• Draw a spider using the kid pix program using the facts learned about a spider's body.
• In class, each student will receive a letter of the alphabet to decorate.  Students will know the letter's name and sound.
• Students will cut out a picture, from a magazine, representing the letter sound. 
• Students will present their letter name and sound, and picture to the class.
• To conclude the lesson, students will glue their letter and picture in the class alphabet book.
